We offer a 7-day return policy on merchandise in original packaging, unopened and unused condition only. Please contact us at [email protected] for RMA number and return shipping address. NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN OPENED.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping at own cost unless we shipped you the wrong item. We must receive returned item within 14 days from issuance of RMA number. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If item is with free shipping, actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. A 15% restocking fee up to $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
We ship all orders within one business day from receipt of cleared payment directly from our warehouse in California. All domestic USA orders takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Canadian orders takes 2-4 weeks for first class and 1-2 weeks for priority mail. All other countries takes 4-6 weeks for first class delivery and 1-3 weeks for priority mail. Please note all international recipients are responsible for any customs duty at the destination. This amount is not included in our product price.
